What an amazing day up at Moy Hill! The kids were wizards at creating art for the community garden & foraging for currants & kale at the first “lenai’ lesson”! With freshly harvested veg, we enjoyed a feast of spinach hummus burgers, french-fried spuds, rocket pesto, potato-leek stew, poppyseed toast, cashew-beet root pizza, peanut butter/jelly sponge cake, pudding, chocolate ginger cake & chocolate mint raspberry sorbet to name a few! Well done & many thanks for your continued support!
